Grilled Pineapple Arbol Pico de Gallo
Directions
- Wipe clean the arbol chiles. Toast in oven and place into water.
- Cut pineapple into slices. Coat in oil and place on grill. Mark on each side, remove and jullienne.
- Add julienned red onion, chopped arbol chiles and chopped garlic. Toss with orange juice, piloncillo, apple cider vinegar, corriander, salt and cilantro.
