Grilled Pineapple Arbol Pico de Gallo

Directions

  1. Wipe clean the arbol chiles. Toast in oven and place into water.
  2. Cut pineapple into slices. Coat in oil and place on grill. Mark on each side, remove and jullienne.
  3. Add julienned red onion, chopped arbol chiles and chopped garlic. Toss with orange juice, piloncillo, apple cider vinegar, corriander, salt and cilantro.
