Ham and Swiss Quiche


  1. Sprinkle salad wafers on bottom and sides of 9-inch pie plate generously coated with cooking spray. Set aside.
  2. In medium bowl whisk together eggs, flour, pepper and nutmeg until smooth. Stir in cottage cheese, Swiss cheese, ham, carrots and green onions. Carefully pour into prepared pie plate.
  3. Bake at 350°F about 40 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack for 5 to 10 minutes.


  • 1/2 cup carrot(s), finely shredded
  • 1 cup cheese, cottage, low-fat
  • 1 cup cheese shredded, Swiss
  • 4 egg(s), (slightly beaten)
  • 1/3 cup flour, all-purpose
  • 1 cup ham, (finely chopped, about 4oz)
  • 1/2 cup Heritage Ovens® Wafers, Salad, (finely crushed)
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 cup onion(s), green, (sliced)
  • 1/4 tsp pepper, freshly ground
