Hawaiian Turkey Burger

Directions

  1. Brush each turkey burger and season with salt and pepper, then place onto a medium high charbroiler. Grill on both sides to an internal temperature of 165°F.
  2. While the burgers are cooking, grill the pineapple (lightly brushed with oil) to a golden brown on both sides.
  3. Brush the cut sides of the burger buns with butter and grill to a golden brown. Build the burgers.
  4. Plate the toasted bottom portions of the buns and sprinkle with sliced green onions. Brush the turkey burgers with sweet soy and place onto the buns. Place the grilled pineapple onto the burgers. Place the cucumber and arugula on the pineapple. Place the top of the bun onto the burger. Serve.

  • 4 Tbsp(s). Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), Green
  • 1 pineapple(s), whole, slice 1/4" thick, core removed
