Herb Horseradish Crusted Tenderloin Roast


  1. Preheat oven to 425.
  2. In a bowl combine, steak seasoning, Dijon mustard, horseradish sauce and rosemary.
  3. Place tied tenderloin in roasting pan and cover with sauce. Roast for 20 minutes, reduce oven to 275 and continue cooking until internal temperature reaches 120.
  4. Remove from oven and allow to rest for 15 minutes. Remove twine, slice and serve.


  • 1 lb Braveheart® Black Angus Beef Steak, upper 2/3 cut
  • 2 oz mustard, dijon
  • 2 oz horseradish
  • 1/4 oz rosemary, fresh leaves, cleaned and chopped
  • 1/2 oz McCormick® Grill Mates Montreal Steak Seasoning
