Hollywood Meatball Hoagie


  1. Spread about 1 oz of goat cheese evenly on one half of a hoagie bun and about 2 Tbsp. red pepper jelly on the other half of the bun.
  2. Line up the meatballs inside the bun and garnish with jalapeños and green onions.
  3. Place open sandwich under broiler for 3-7 minutes or until bun is slightly crispy and golden brown.
