Directions
- Spread about 1 oz of goat cheese evenly on one half of a hoagie bun and about 2 Tbsp. red pepper jelly on the other half of the bun.

- Place open sandwich under broiler for 3-7 minutes or until bun is slightly crispy and golden brown.
