Hot Cocoa


  1. Whisk together water, sugar and salt until it boils. Remove from heat. Whisk in cocoa powder and vanilla extract. Bring milk to a boil and add chocolate syrup to taste.
  2. Pour in cups. If desired, add a piece of dark chocolate in each cup and stir.


  • 3/4 cup cocoa powder, Non Dutched
  • 7 cups Nature's Best Dairy® Milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract, pure
  • 1 cup water, filtered
  • 1 pinch West Creek® Salt
  • 1 cup West Creek® Sugar, Extra Fine Granulated
