House-made Sausage Pizza
Directions
- Combine ground pork, black pepper, parsley flakes, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, crushed red pepper, fennel seeds, crenulated onion and Kosher salt and mix well. Set aside.
- Combine Ultimo and Roma pasta sauces and set aside.
- Prepare dough ball according to instructions.
- Top with sauce to desired thickness, then top with shredded cheese. Pinch pieces of sausage between thumb and forefinger and place on top of the cheese.
- Bake 8-10 minutes or until sausage is cooked through and cheese is melted.

- 4 tsps. pepper, black, ground
- 10 lbs. pork, ground
- 1 Tbsp. red pepper, flakes, crushed
- 1 Roma® Dough Ball, 16 oz.
- 3-4 oz. Roma® Marinara Sauce
- 3-4 oz. Ultimo!® Pizza Sauce, Fully Prepared
