Italian Avocado Dip

Directions

  1. Thaw avocado according to package directions.
  2. In a large bowl, gently fold together avocado, tomatoes, olives, garlic, capers, vinegar, red pepper and salt.
  3. Top with parmesan and taste. Add additional salt as needed.

  • 1 tbsp vinegar, white balsamic
  • 1 oz basil, fresh, chiffonade
  • 1/2 oz capers, lightly crushed
  • as garnish cheese, Parmesan , shredded
  • 1 oz garlic, chopped
  • 2 oz olive(s), Kalamata, pitted , quartered
  • 1 tsp red pepper, crushed
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 6 oz tomato(es), Roma, seeded, diced
