Italian Avocado Dip
Directions
- Thaw avocado according to package directions.
- In a large bowl, gently fold together avocado, tomatoes, olives, garlic, capers, vinegar, red pepper and salt.
- Top with parmesan and taste. Add additional salt as needed.

- 1 tbsp vinegar, white balsamic
- 1 oz basil, fresh, chiffonade
- 1/2 oz capers, lightly crushed
- as garnish cheese, Parmesan , shredded
- 1 oz garlic, chopped
- 2 oz olive(s), Kalamata, pitted , quartered
- 1 tsp red pepper, crushed
- 1 tsp salt
- 6 oz tomato(es), Roma, seeded, diced
