Kimchi Burger

Directions

  1. Cook burger and melt cheese.
  2. Cook egg sunny side up.
  3. Toast bun Step.
  4. Place bottom bun on plate and spread with Wildbrine® Kimchi Aioli and top with lettuce, burger and melted cheese, Kimchi and fried egg. Finish with the top bun.
  5. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • brioche buns
  • 1 8 oz. burger patties, cooked
  • 1 slice cheese, Monterey Jack, or Provolone
  • 1 1/2 oz. Wildbrine® Korean Style Kimchi
  • 1 to 2 Bibb lettuce leaves
  • 1 egg(s), fried
  • 1 tbsp Wildbrine® Kimchi Aioli

Wildbrine® Kimchi Aioli

Directions

  1. In a small mixing bowl, mix all ingredients together.
  2. Taste and season with salt and pepper as needed.

  • 1/2 cup Wildbrine® Korean Style Kimchi, no brine, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp Wildbrine® Korean Style Kimchi, brine
  • 1/2 tbsp chives, fresh, chopped, or green onion
  • salt and pepper, to taste
