Kimchi Burger
Directions
- Cook burger and melt cheese.
- Cook egg sunny side up.
- Toast bun Step.
- Place bottom bun on plate and spread with Wildbrine® Kimchi Aioli and top with lettuce, burger and melted cheese, Kimchi and fried egg. Finish with the top bun.
- Enjoy!
Ingredients
- brioche buns
- 1 8 oz. burger patties, cooked
- 1 slice cheese, Monterey Jack, or Provolone
- 1 1/2 oz. Wildbrine® Korean Style Kimchi
- 1 to 2 Bibb lettuce leaves
- 1 egg(s), fried
- 1 tbsp Wildbrine® Kimchi Aioli

Directions
- In a small mixing bowl, mix all ingredients together.
- Taste and season with salt and pepper as needed.

- 1/2 cup Wildbrine® Korean Style Kimchi, no brine, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp lime juice
- 1/2 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp Wildbrine® Korean Style Kimchi, brine
- 1/2 tbsp chives, fresh, chopped, or green onion
- salt and pepper, to taste
