Loaded Fries with Crab and Smoked Paprika Aioli

Directions

  1. Whisk together the mayonnaise, garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, Old Bay Seasoning, and smoked paprika. Store in a squeeze bottle for service.
  2. For each order, prepare 8 oz of fries according to package instructions. Toss with 1/4 tsp Old Bay Seasoning.
  3. Place on a serving plate. Top with 2 oz crab meat, 1 tsp dill, and 1 Tbsp green onion. Drizzle with 1 oz. prepared aioli. Serve.

  • 20 oz crab meat, cooked, shredded
  • 4 tbsp dill, fresh, chopped

  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 10 tbsp onion(s), green, sliced thin
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 9 oz mayonnaise
  • 2 1/2 tsp Old Bay® Seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp paprika, smoked
