Loaded Fries with Crab and Smoked Paprika Aioli
Directions
- Whisk together the mayonnaise, garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, Old Bay Seasoning, and smoked paprika. Store in a squeeze bottle for service.
- For each order, prepare 8 oz of fries according to package instructions. Toss with 1/4 tsp Old Bay Seasoning.
- Place on a serving plate. Top with 2 oz crab meat, 1 tsp dill, and 1 Tbsp green onion. Drizzle with 1 oz. prepared aioli. Serve.

- 10 tbsp onion(s), green, sliced thin
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 9 oz mayonnaise
- 2 1/2 tsp Old Bay® Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp paprika, smoked
