Lobster Nachos
Directions
- Heat Campbell's Culinary Reserve Lobster Bisque with Sherry according to package directions. Reserve.
- Gentle warm and season lobster meat with salt and pepper, as needed. Reserve.
- To assemble, layer a small amount of the following on a round plate: 1/2-ounce chips, 1/2-ounce lobster meat, 1/4-ounce cheese, 1 ounce Campbell's Reserve Lobster Bisque with Sherry.
- Garnish each serving with diced avocado. Serve immediately.
Ingredients
- (1) 4 lb. pouch Campbell's® Culinary Reserve Lobster Bisque with Sherry
- 3 bags Cape Cod® Potato Chips, Original Kettle Cooked Chips
- 6 1/4 cups Lobster meat, cooked, coarsely chopped
- Kosher salt, as needed
- black pepper, ground, as needed
- 4 cups white cheddar cheese, shredded or cubed
- 1 bunch cilantro, fresh, chopped
- 6 ea. avocado, peeled, pitted, cubed
