Lobster-Stuffed Mushrooms


  1. Place mushrooms on a plate. Fill each with stuffing. Place the garlic and white wine on plate. Place lobster on top of stuffing mix. Place cheese on top and place in oven until hot.
  2. Garnish with lemon wedge and parsley.


  • 2 oz. Bay Winds® Lobster
  • 5 oz. crab stuffing
  • 5 mushroom(s), silver dollar
  • 1 pinch Peak Fresh Produce® Garlic, Clove(s), chopped
  • 2 oz. Roma® Cheese, Mozzarella
  • 1 oz. wine, dry white
