Lobster-Stuffed Mushrooms
Directions
- Place mushrooms on a plate. Fill each with stuffing. Place the garlic and white wine on plate. Place lobster on top of stuffing mix. Place cheese on top and place in oven until hot.
- Garnish with lemon wedge and parsley.

- 5 oz. crab stuffing
- 5 mushroom(s), silver dollar
- 1 pinch Peak Fresh Produce® Garlic, Clove(s), chopped
- 2 oz. Roma® Cheese, Mozzarella
- 1 oz. wine, dry white
