Mango Green Onion Chutney


  1. Combine mangoes, green onion, serrano Chile, lime juice, honey, and oil I a medium bowl and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Let the relish sit at room temperature for at least 15 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
  3. This can be made up to 24 hours in advance and refrigerated.
  4. Bring to room temperature before serving.


  • 2 onion(s), green, white and green parts, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp West Creek® Honey
  • to taste pepper, freshly ground
  • 3 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 mango(es), peeled, pitted, and diced
  • 2 tbsp oil, olive
  • 1 chile(s), serrano, thin sliced
