Mango Green Onion Chutney
Directions
- Combine mangoes, green onion, serrano Chile, lime juice, honey, and oil I a medium bowl and season with salt and pepper.
- Let the relish sit at room temperature for at least 15 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
- This can be made up to 24 hours in advance and refrigerated.
- Bring to room temperature before serving.

- to taste pepper, freshly ground
- 3 tbsp lime juice
- 2 mango(es), peeled, pitted, and diced
- 2 tbsp oil, olive
- 1 chile(s), serrano, thin sliced
