Mango Sauce
Directions
- Thaw the frozen mangoes.
- In a medium-sized bowl, mix chutney with mango chunks, ginger, sriracha, and garlic.
- Let stand for a day if possible.

- 1 tbsp ginger, fresh, grated
- 1 jar Major Grey's Chutney, 16 oz
- 1 lb mango(es), frozen
- 1 tbsp Peak Fresh Produce® Garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Sriracha
