Mango Sauce

Directions

  1. Thaw the frozen mangoes.
  2. In a medium-sized bowl, mix chutney with mango chunks, ginger, sriracha, and garlic.
  3. Let stand for a day if possible.

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp ginger, fresh, grated
  • 1 jar Major Grey's Chutney, 16 oz
  • 1 lb mango(es), frozen
  • 1 tbsp Peak Fresh Produce® Garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha
