Matchday Fiesta Fries

Directions

  1. Deep fry Clear Coat straight cut, skin-on fries at 350 degrees for 3 minutes or until crispy and golden brown.
  2. Heat a pan over medium high heat, add corn and sauté for 4-5 minutes until golden.
  3. Add elote seasoning and sauté for an additional minute.
  4. Divide fries into bowls and top with charred corn, cotija cheese and lime crema. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.

  • 2 cups corn, charred
  • 1 cup cheese, cotija
  • 18 oz. lime crema
  • 1 tsp. elote seasoning
  • cilantro, fresh, for garnish
