Mediterranean Sea Bass
Directions
- Blend the spices, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, and a pinch of salt together in a food processor.
- Prepare the fish by scoring each side 3 times, coat with half of the Chermoula, then set aside for about 30 mins to marinate.
- Place fish on roasting tray, and cook for approximately 20 minutes in a 425°F oven. Serve with additional Chermoula and couscous or rice.

- 5 tbsp Roma® Oil, Olive
