Mediterranean Steak Pita


  1. Preheat to 350 degrees F. Place frozen portion on grill. After the portion has cooked through about half its thickness, approximately 1-2 minutes flip the portion once. As the meat slices begin to cook, separate them with a spatula and add any desired seasonings. Continue to cook the meat another 1-3 minutes. Meat should have a firm, cooked appearance.
  2. Place 1/8 of each of the spinach, red onion and cucumber inside each of the pita halves. Place 1/8 of the beef inside each pita half. Drizzle 2 oz. Greek dressing in each pita half. Finish with crumbled Feta.


  • 4 bread, pita pockets, cut in half
  • 1/2 cup cheese crumbles, feta, divided
  • 8 oz. dressing, Greek
  • 24 slices Peak Fresh Produce® Cucumber(s)
  • 1/2 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), Red, thinly sliced
  • 4 portions Roma® Steak(s), Traditional Sirloin Flat
  • 6 oz. spinach, fresh baby
