Mediterranean Style Shrimp over Gnocchi


  1. Cook the gnocchi in boiling salted water.
  2. Toss in olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and Parmesan cheese.
  3. Sauté the shrimp in olive oil.
  4. Add the prosciutto, garlic, mushrooms, and peppers.
  5. Toss in the wine and tomatoes and reduce.
  6. Finish with olives and sliced green onion.

  • 1/2 package Piancone® Pasta, Gnocchi
  • 4 oz Piancone® Tomato, Strips with Juice
  • 1 tbsp Raffinato® Cheese Shredded, Parmesan
  • 2 tsp Roma® Prosciutto, chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • 3 oz wine, white
