            Mediterranean Style Shrimp over Gnocchi
            
                
                    Directions
                    
    - Cook the gnocchi in boiling salted water. 
- Toss in olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and Parmesan cheese. 
- Sauté the shrimp in olive oil. 
- Add the prosciutto, garlic, mushrooms, and peppers. 
- Toss in the wine and tomatoes and reduce. 
- Finish with olives and sliced green onion.
