Mixed-Apple Salad Over Greens


  1. In small bowl whisk together lemon juice, honey, oil and pepper.
  2. In medium bowl toss together apples, cheese and bacon. Drizzle with lemon mixture. Toss to coat.
  3. Arrange greens on 4 serving plates. Spoon apple mixture on top. Serve with Heritage Ovens® salad wafers.


  • 4 cups greens, mixed lettuce, (torn)
  • - as desired Heritage Ovens® Wafers, Salad
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 cup lemon(s), juiced
  • 2 cups Peak Fresh Produce® Apple(s), (chopped, red)
  • 1 tbsp Piancone® Oil, Olive
  • 1/4 tsp Roma® Black Pepper, Ground, (coarsely ground)
  • 1/4 cup Roma® Cheese, Blue, (crumbled)
  • 2 slices West Creek® Bacon, (crisp-cooked, drained, crumbled)
