Mojito Lime Shrimp Tacos

Directions

  1. To prepare the Mojito Lime Slaw, pulse 1/4 cup cilantro, mayonnaise, chili sauce, lime juice, sugar, seasoning, and 1 tablespoon water in a food processor until smooth.
  2. Roughly chop the remaining 1/2 cup cilantro. Toss with cabbage, red onions, mango, and dressing. Reserve for service.
  3. To prepare the Mojito Lime Shrimp, toss shrimp in lime juice, then in the seasoning to evenly coat the shrimp.
  4. Place 4 shrimp on a skewer. Grill on medium-high heat for 2 to 3 minutes per side or until the shrimp are pink and cooked all the way through.

  • 1/2 ea. red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 ea. fresh or frozen mango, thinly sliced
  • 8 Corn Tortillas
  • 1 lb. shrimp, large, 31/35 count, peeled, deveined
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Grill Mates® Mojito Lime Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp. lime juice, fresh squeezed
