Nacho Chips
Directions
- Place Roma Chips into fryer at 350 degrees Fahrenheit (180 degrees Celsius) and fry for 4 – 4 ½ minutes or until golden brown.
- Layer Roma Chips on a baking sheet and cover with grated cheese.
- Place under a broiler until cheese is fully melted.
- Slide chips onto serving dish and top with pico de gallo, green onions and sour cream to serve.

- (2) 3/4 cups Roma Chips
- 1/2 cup cheese, cheddar , grated
- 1/2 cup cheese, Monterey Jack, grated
- 1/2 cup pico de gallo
- 3 onion(s), green, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp. sour cream
