Nacho Chips

Directions

  1. Place Roma Chips into fryer at 350 degrees Fahrenheit (180 degrees Celsius) and fry for 4 – 4 ½ minutes or until golden brown.
  2. Layer Roma Chips on a baking sheet and cover with grated cheese.
  3. Place under a broiler until cheese is fully melted.
  4. Slide chips onto serving dish and top with pico de gallo, green onions and sour cream to serve.

  • (2) 3/4 cups Roma Chips
  • 1/2 cup cheese, cheddar , grated
  • 1/2 cup cheese, Monterey Jack, grated
  • 1/2 cup pico de gallo
  • 3 onion(s), green, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp. sour cream
