Naples Delight


  1. Take dough ball and dab in flour. Roll out to 11 inch pizza.
  2. Place Strips in juice over bottom of dough. Top with capicola, prosciutto, and fresh mozzarella.
  3. Bake in oven. Let rest, then cut.
  4. Top with chopped basil and serve.

  • 3 oz Piancone® capicola ham
  • 3 oz Piancone® prosciutto
  • 4 oz Roma® Cheese, Mozzarella
  • 1 oz Peak Fresh Produce® Basil, chopped
  • 3 oz Piancone® Tomato, Strips with Juice
