Braveheart® Nashville Hot Smash Burger

Directions

  1. Spray griddle with pan coating then smash 2 patties on a hot griddle, season with salt and pepper, cook 2 minutes per side.
  2. Add cheese slices, steam to melt.
  3. Toast buns on flat-top.
  4. Toss patty lightly in hot sauce.
  5. Build sandwich with red onions, pickles, mayo, and lettuce.
  6. Cook fries in the deep fryer for 5-6 minutes, until crispy. Remove from oil and drain on a towel to absorb excess oil. Toss with salt and pepper.
  7. Serve burger with a side Fries on a warm plate.

  • 8 oz. West Creek® Waffle Fries
