New York Strip with Hashbrowns and Quail Egg
Directions
- Season steak with truffle salt. Char broil the steak to desired temperature, allowing it to rest before cutting.
- Deep fry hash browns to a golden brown. At the same time, fry the egg over easy without flipping.
- Arrange hash browns on plate. Slice strip steak and fan over hash browns. Top with quail egg in the middle of the sliced strip steak.
