In a medium sauce pot over medium heat, add orange marmalade,
orange juice, sesame oil, rice vinegar, flakes and orange zest, and
reduce glaze consistency. Once reduced to desired consistency,
remove heat, and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, add the pork wings and corn starch,
and mix thoroughly.
Add the pork wings to the deep fryer, and cook until they have
reached 165ºF internal temperature, and then place them in
medium-sized mixing bowl, add 6 oz. of orange glaze, and
coat the wings.
