Peach BBQ Wings


  1. Deep Fry: Fry frozen wings at 350°F for 6-8 minutes. Heat fully cooked wings to an internal temperature of 140-145°F.
  2. Place all ingredients into a sauce pan on low heat. Heat for 2-4 minutes or until jelly is fully melted and incorporated. Adjust desired heat levels with Serrano chili peppers, sauce, and garnish with parsley.


  • 4 to 6 ea Tyson® Magnum® Fully Cooked, Oven Roasted Bone-In Chicken Wings
  • 22 oz BBQ sauce
  • 6 oz Peach purée
  • 4 oz Sriracha
  • 1 1/2 oz vinegar, apple cider
  • 3 oz roasted red peppers, chopped finely
  • 4 oz peppadew peppers, small dice
  • black pepper, cracked, to taste
  • parsley, for garnish
