Piancone® Manicotti
Directions
- Heat oven to 375 degrees
- In a square baking dish, spoon a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom reserving about 1/2 the jar.
- Arrange manicotti in dish. Top with remainder of sauce and mozzarella cheese. Cover tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 35-45 min or until internal temperature reaches 165F.
- While manicotti is baking, melt butter in a sauté pan and add breadcrumbs. Cook on medium for about 5 minutes or until breadcrumbs turn brown. Toss with herbs.
- Serve 2 manicotti per person topped with toasted breadcrumbs.

- (1) 24 oz. jar marinara sauce
- 1 cup cheese, mozzarella, shredded
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp. butter
- chopped herbs, basil, oregano, parsley (handful chopped if fresh or 1 tbsp. dried)
