Pork Belly & Sweet Potato Hash with Harissa Sauce


  1. Dice pork belly into small chunks. Sauté oil and pork belly in a pan for two minutes. Then add sweet potato and all seasonings, except cilantro. Sauté until sweet potato is tender.
  2. On flat top, add butter and cook egg sunny side up.
  3. Place the hash on a plate in the middle and top with a fried egg.
  4. Top egg with cilantro. Drizzle the sauce around the plate.

  • 2 oz. harissa
  • 2 Nature's Best Dairy® Egg(s),
  • 1/2 oz. Peak Fresh Produce® Cilantro, chopped
  • pinch Peak Fresh Produce® Garlic, Clove(s), chopped
  • 1 Peak Fresh Produce® Potato(es), Sweet, finely diced
  • pinch salt and pepper
