Pork Chops with Apple Cider Glaze


  1. Season pork chops with Old Bay.
  2. In a sauté pan, add cider and sriracha seasoning, turn on and reduce by half.
  3. In another pan, add oil and sauté chops until golden brown. Butter carrots and place on grill to char.
  4. Fan chops on plate and brush with glaze. Place greens on the middle of the chops. Place the carrots on the other side of the plate and brush with butter one more time


  • 3 each Allegiance® Premium Pork Chop, 2 oz.
  • 2 oz. apple cider
  • 3 each carrot(s), baby, charred
  • 1 pinch McCormick Culinary® Sriracha Seasoning
  • 1/2 oz. microgreens
  • 2 pinches Old Bay® Seasoning
