Pork Pot Roast


  1. Rub pork butt with seasoning and place in full pan to cook. Add water to bottom of pan. Rough chop veggies and place in pan.
  2. Cover with foil and bake for 6 hours at 275º. Uncover and bake for another hour uncovered.
  3. Plate with 6 oz. of roast and a few of the veggies, garnish with rosemary and serve.


  • 1 Allegiance® Pork, Butt
  • 1/4 cup McCormick® Salt Free Seasoning
  • 6 each Peak Fresh Produce® Carrot(s)
  • 3 each Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), Yellow Jumbo
  • 4 each turnip(s)
  • 1 quart water
