Prosciutto Stuffed Mushrooms with Bacio Cheese
Directions
- Remove stems from mushrooms.
- Combine cheese, Prosciutto and basil. Season with salt and pepper.
- Bake in 350 degree oven about 7 minutes or until cheese has browned.

- 3 lbs. mushroom(s), silver dollar
- 12 oz. Roma® Prosciutto
- salt and pepper, to taste
