Prosciutto Stuffed Mushrooms with Bacio Cheese


  1. Remove stems from mushrooms.
  2. Combine cheese, Prosciutto and basil. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Bake in 350 degree oven about 7 minutes or until cheese has browned.


  • 2 lbs. Bacio® Cheese Shredded, Whole Milk
  • 3 lbs. mushroom(s), silver dollar
  • 12 oz. Roma® Prosciutto
  • salt and pepper, to taste
