Pub House Rib Sandwich
Directions
- Brush Hoagie Roll with egg wash, sprinkle with Everything Bagel Seasoning, bake at 350 until slightly brown.
- Remove from oven and cool bun. Once cool, split open the bun. Brush the inside of the bun with Garlic Horseradish Mayo. Set bun aside.
- Heat griddle to 350 degrees F or sauté pan to medium heat, add olive oil, mushrooms, peppers and onions. Sauté until golden brown.
- Add Prime Rib, beef stock and cook for two minutes. Remove from the pan, place meat and pepper/onion mix inside the Hoagie Bun, top with Smoked Provolone. Serve.

- 4 oz Ridgecrest® Roast Beef
- beef stock, (as needed to keep rib moist)

- 2 slices cheese, provolone, smoked
- 1 cup onions, red peppers, and mushrooms, caramelized
