Pub House Rib Sandwich


  1. Brush Hoagie Roll with egg wash, sprinkle with Everything Bagel Seasoning, bake at 350 until slightly brown.
  2. Remove from oven and cool bun. Once cool, split open the bun. Brush the inside of the bun with Garlic Horseradish Mayo. Set bun aside.
  3. Heat griddle to 350 degrees F or sauté pan to medium heat, add olive oil, mushrooms, peppers and onions. Sauté until golden brown.
  4. Add Prime Rib, beef stock and cook for two minutes. Remove from the pan, place meat and pepper/onion mix inside the Hoagie Bun, top with Smoked Provolone. Serve.

  • egg wash, as needed
  • everything bagel seasoning, as needed
  • Garlic Horseradish Mayo, as desired
  • 4 oz Ridgecrest® Roast Beef
  • beef stock, (as needed to keep rib moist)
  • oil, olive, as needed
  • 2 slices cheese, provolone, smoked
  • 1 cup onions, red peppers, and mushrooms, caramelized
