Pulled Pork Quesadilla
Directions
- Place pulled pork on bottom wrap. Top with Reser’s® Black Bean and Corn Salsa and Baja Cafe® Pico de Gallo. Sprinkle with cheese and place the second wrap on top .
- Brown both sides on a hot griddle, cut into 6 triangles and serve.

- 2 Don Pancho® 12-inch Cheesy Jalapeño Wrap
- 5 oz pork, pulled
- 4 oz Reser’s® Black Bean and Corn Salsa
