Pulled Pork Quesadilla

Directions

  1. Place pulled pork on bottom wrap. Top with Reser’s® Black Bean and Corn Salsa and Baja Cafe® Pico de Gallo. Sprinkle with cheese and place the second wrap on top .
  2. Brown both sides on a hot griddle, cut into 6 triangles and serve.

  • 3 oz cheese, pepper jack
  • 2 Don Pancho® 12-inch Cheesy Jalapeño Wrap
  • 5 oz pork, pulled
  • 4 oz Reser’s® Black Bean and Corn Salsa
