Saucy Asian Meatballs


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Arrange the meatballs on a baking sheet in an even single later. Bake for 20-25 minutes and set aside.
  3. While the meatballs are baking, whisk together all of the sauce ingredients in a pot over low heat until well blended and warm.
  4. Once meatballs have finished cooking, add the meatballs to the saucepan and simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally until meatballs are thoroughly coated with the sauce.
  5. Serve over rice and garnish with sesame seeds and pickled Asian vegetables.


  • 1 2/3 cups Asian Pride® Hoisin Sauce
  • 2/3 cups Asian Pride® Rice Vinegar
  • 2 1/2 tsp Asian Pride® Sesame Oil
  • 5 tbsp Asian Pride® Soy Sauce
  • 2/3 cup Asian Pride® Teriyaki Sauce
  • Asian vegetables, pickled
  • 2 1/2 tsp ginger, ground
  • 5 Peak Fresh Produce® Garlic, Clove(s), minced
  • rice, jasmine , cooked
  • 5 lbs Roma® Gourmet Beef and Pork Meatballs, 0.5 oz
  • sesame seeds
  • 2/3 cup West Creek® Sugar, Brown
