Sausage Crumble and Sweet Pepper Pizza
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 500F.
- Stretch the dough out on a floured surface to a 12-inch round, as evenly as you can. Brush the olive oil all over the top of the dough and baking the oven for 4-5 minutes, until the crust is just starting to set and brown on top.
- Remove from the oven and top with the scrambled eggs, sausage crumbles and sweet onion. Sprinkle the cheddar cheese evenly over the pizza and top with the sliced green onion.
- Bake in the oven until the cheese has melted and browned lightly and the crust is crisp (4-5 minutes more).
- Remove from the oven and add the ground pepper, as desired. Serve hot with your favorite salsa or hot sauce.

- 1/2 tsp basil, dried
- 1 1/2 cup sweet bell pepper, roasted, peeled and sliced into thin strips
- 1 1/2 cup crushed tomato sauce
- as needed flour, all-purpose
- 2 garlic, clove(s), peeled and sliced as thinly as possible
- 1 1/2 cup cheese, mozzarella, shredded (sub your favorite cheese blend)
- 2 tbsp oil, olive, for drizzle
- 8 oz pizza dough
- 12 oz Roma® Sausage Crumbles
