Sausage Crumble and Sweet Pepper Pizza


  1. Preheat the oven to 500F.
  2. Stretch the dough out on a floured surface to a 12-inch round, as evenly as you can. Brush the olive oil all over the top of the dough and baking the oven for 4-5 minutes, until the crust is just starting to set and brown on top.
  3. Remove from the oven and top with the scrambled eggs, sausage crumbles and sweet onion. Sprinkle the cheddar cheese evenly over the pizza and top with the sliced green onion.
  4. Bake in the oven until the cheese has melted and browned lightly and the crust is crisp (4-5 minutes more).
  5. Remove from the oven and add the ground pepper, as desired. Serve hot with your favorite salsa or hot sauce.


  • 1/2 tsp basil, dried
  • 1 1/2 cup sweet bell pepper, roasted, peeled and sliced into thin strips
  • 1 1/2 cup crushed tomato sauce
  • as needed flour, all-purpose
  • 2 garlic, clove(s), peeled and sliced as thinly as possible
  • 1 1/2 cup cheese, mozzarella, shredded (sub your favorite cheese blend)
  • 2 tbsp oil, olive, for drizzle
  • 8 oz pizza dough
  • 12 oz Roma® Sausage Crumbles
