Shredded Carrot Salad
Directions
- Shred the carrot on the coarse side of a box grater and place in a mixing bowl.
- Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Use immediately.

- 5 tsp. oil, sesame
- 2 1/2 tsp. white sesame seeds
- 2 1/2 tbsp. rice wine vinegar
- Kosher salt, to taste
- Black Pepper, ground, to taste
