Skillet Chicken Sausage & Peppers with Pasta


  1. Heat oil in large saute pan over medium heat. Add onion, bell peppers, and garlic; saute 10 minutes. Add sausage to pan and saute 5 minutes. Add pasta sauce and pepper flakes and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. 
  2. For each serving, spoon 2/3 cup sauce over 3 ounces cooked pasta. Garnish with basil and cheese
