Smoked Salmon and Golden Pineapple Tartare


  1. Mix all ingredients just prior to service, arrange on chilled presentation vessel.
  2. Garnish with additional chives and pineapple, and serve.
  3. Optional garnish: Smoked Coconut Lime Salt and Micro Greens.


  • 8 oz. Bay Winds® Salmon, Scottish Smoked, small diced
