Smokey Chipotle Deviled Eggs


  1. Carefully halve boiled eggs and remove yolks to small mixing bowl.
  2. Add Ken’s Chipotle Mayonnaise, 100% Natural Brown Mustard, and chipotle adobo purée and mix well. Salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Place mixture in piping bag or Ziploc bag with corner snipped off and pipe mixture into clean boiled egg halves, distributing mixture evenly between all 6 halves.
  4. Garnish each deviled egg with a julienned chipotle pepper, a sprinkle of chopped cilantro and a sprinkle of smoked paprika.


  • - paprika , to taste
  • 6 chipotle pepper(s), cleaned, julienned
  • 2 tsp chipotle puree
  • 1 tsp cilantro, fresh, chopped
  • 2 tbsp Ken's® Chipotle Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp mustard, brown
  • 3 Nature's Best Dairy® Egg(s), boiled
  • - salt and pepper, to taste
