Directions
- Pre-heat grill to medium high heat.
- Prepare Hot Dog Chili Sauce according to label directions, hold warm for service.
- In a medium mixing bowl combine vinegar, sugar, pepper, mayonnaise, sour cream and Culinary Cream. Using a wire whip mix until well blended, add cabbage or coleslaw mix and chill.
- Grill frankfurters for 4-6 minutes or until internal temperature has reached 165°F.
- To serve: Spread barbecue sauce along cut sides of bun, place hot dog in bun, top with 1/4 cup of Hot Dog Chili Sauce, sprinkle on onions and top with coleslaw.

- .13 tsp white pepper, ground
- .75 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sour cream
