Southern Style Poutine


  1. Deep fry French Fries for 5-6 min until crispy and brow
  2. In a bowl add hot fries and salt and pepper to taste. Toss Fries. Add cheese to bowl and toss then plate fry and cheese mixture
  3. Top with warm pulled pork. Drizzle hot Moonshine BBQ over the top in one direction and gravy the other direction. Serve


  • 8 oz French Fries
  • 1 1/2 cup West Creek Jack and Cheddar cheese, diced - 50/50 blend of both
  • 3-4 oz Moonshine BBQ, hot
  • 3-4 oz Pepper cream gravy
  • 4-5 oz West Creek Pork butt, cooked and pulled
