Southwest Spiced Fish Fillets

Directions

  1. Mix spice rub (recipe follows) with cornstarch and then coat one side of each fish fillet with 2 teaspoons of spice mixture, pressing down with fingers to adhere spices to fish.
  2. Grill for 10-12 minutes on medium high heat, or until internal temp is 145 F.

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp corn starch
  • 4 halibut, fillet(s), 4-5 oz each
  • 2 tbsp oil, canola

Place all ingredients into a bowl, stirring gently until combined.

  • 1/4 tsp onion, powder
  • 2 tsp paprika, sweet
  • 1 tsp chipotle powder
  • 1/4 tsp pepper, black
