Spaghetti Carbonara


  1. Place olive oil in a sauté pan. Add peppers, onions and capicola and heat for 2 minutes. Add egg and toss until cooked. Add noodles and toss.
  2. Place in a bowl and sprinkle peas and bacon over the top

  • 1 oz Ridgecrest® Bacon, Applewood Slice(s), diced
  • 1 oz Roma® Oil, Olive
