Spicy Battered Cod Po'Boy


  1. Place wet cod into breading and shake so it all covered. Shake off all excess breading and place in fryer and fry until done.
  2. Place power blend into a bowl, add orange sauce and toss to coat evenly.
  3. Butter hoagie and place on grill to toast. Place hoagie on plate and spread the power blend evenly on bottom of the hoagie.
  4. When cod is done place on cutting board, slice 3 times and shingle over power blend. Place tarter sauce on a cup and serve on the side, add side dish and serve.


  • 1 cod, loin
  • 1 Heritage Ovens® Bun(s), Hoagie
  • 2 oz orange sauce
  • 3 oz Power Blend
  • 2 oz tartar sauce
  • 3 oz West Creek® Breading
