Spicy Chicken Lettuce Wraps


  1. Sauté chicken until lightly browned.
  2. Add hot sauce, salt and black pepper to taste.
  3. Serve cooked chicken and chopped vegetables in individual bowls.
  4. To create wraps, place chicken in lettuce leaves and top with green onions, celery, red pepper and carrots as desired. Top with Ken’s® Chunky Blue Cheese Dressing.

  • 4-5 lettuce, Boston, head(s)
  • 5 Peak Fresh Produce® Carrot(s), peeled, sliced, and chopped
  • 4 stalk(s) Peak Fresh Produce® Celery, chopped
  • 4 bunch(es) Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), Green, chopped
  • pepper, freshly ground, to taste
  • 3 pepper(s), red bell, sliced
  • 1 1/4 cup(s) West Creek® Hot Sauce, or more to taste
