Spicy Italian Beef & Provolone Panini
Directions
- Combine the mayonnaise and pizza sauce.
- On the bottom halves of the ciabatta loaf spread the tomato mayonnaise.
- Lay out the spicy beef and cherry peppers.
- Place the sliced provolone on top of the beef. Cover with the top half of the bread.
- Place on a panini press and cook until the cheese melts. Divide the bread into portions.

- 2 oz. Piancone® Pizza Sauce with Basil
- 1 lb. Premoro Sliced Italian Beef
- 1 lb. Roma® Cheese, Provolone, sliced
- 8 oz. Roma® Cherry Peppers, Sliced
- 6 oz. West Creek® Mayonnaise
