Spicy Italian Beef & Provolone Panini


  1. Combine the mayonnaise and pizza sauce.
  2. On the bottom halves of the ciabatta loaf spread the tomato mayonnaise.
  3. Lay out the spicy beef and cherry peppers.
  4. Place the sliced provolone on top of the beef. Cover with the top half of the bread.
  5. Place on a panini press and cook until the cheese melts. Divide the bread into portions.

  • 2 oz. Piancone® Pizza Sauce with Basil
  • 1 lb. Premoro Sliced Italian Beef
  • 1 lb. Roma® Cheese, Provolone, sliced
  • 8 oz. Roma® Cherry Peppers, Sliced
  • 6 oz. West Creek® Mayonnaise
