Spicy Sriracha Sidewinders™ Fries


  1. Preheat fryer to 350°F.
  2. Fry one bag of Simplot Conquest Sidewinders Fried Potatoes. Cook for 4 minutes.
  3. Remove them to a stainless steel bowl and sprinkle with garlic and red chili flakes. Toss to coat evenly.
  4. In a small bowl whisk mayo, sriracha, lemon juice, lime juice, lemon zest, and lime zest until well incorporated. Serve with fries.


  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 count lemon zest
  • 1 tbsp lime, juice
  • 1/2 count lime zest
  • 1/4 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Garlic, Clove(s), minced
  • 1/4 cup red chili, flakes
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 lb Sidewinders™ Fries Featuring Conquest® Brand Batter, (original cut 6/4 lb)
  • 1 cup Sriracha
  • 3 cup West Creek® Mayonnaise
