Strawberry Spinach Salad


  1. In large bowl toss spinach or lettuce with dressing.
  2. Add strawberries and feta cheese. Toss to coat.
  3. Sprinkle with pepper. Serve with salad wafers.


  • 4 oz cheese, feta, (crumbled)
  • - as desired Heritage Ovens® Wafers, Salad
  • 8 cups Peak Fresh Produce® Spinach, (freshly torn, sub romaine lettuce)
  • - to taste Roma® Black Pepper, Ground, (coarsely ground)
  • 2 cups strawberries, fresh, (freshly sliced)
  • 1/2 cup Village Garden® Sweet Poppyseed Dressing
