Strawberry Vinaigrette Dressing


  1. In hobart mixing bowl, add sugar, salt, white pepper and vinegar. Mix on speed two until well blended. Add pureed strawberries, and continue mixing.
  2. Slowly add olive oil until emulsified in dressing mix.
  3. Store in a 2 gallon container. Label, date, and refrigerate.


  • 1 gal Ascend® Strawberry Daiquiri Mix
  • 1 tbsp pepper, white
  • 2 cup Piancone® Oil, Olive, Extra Virgin
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 4 lb sugar
  • 1/2 gal vinegar, white
