Taste of Italy Focaccia


  1. Butter and grill the focaccia. Arrange sliced Mozzarella on focaccia and melt.
  2. Heat the meats on grill.
  3. Plate bottom piece of focaccia. Layer with roast beef, pepperoni, capicola and red onion.
  4. Spread prepared aioli on top slice of focaccia. Top, cut on a bias then shingle.


  • 2 oz. Bacio® Cheese, Mozzarella
  • 1 bread, focaccia
  • 2 oz. capicola
  • 1 oz. garlic, roasted
  • 1 Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), Red, sliced
  • 2 oz. Roma® Beef, Roast
  • 1 oz. Roma® Pepperoni
